Savvoglou Tsivolas Bio Assyrtiko is a rare version of the Aegean variety, organically cultivated in the volcanic soils of Lemnos. It is significantly influenced by the sea's saltiness and the sun of the Aegean, offering an aromatic, nervy wine with characteristic minerality and salinity. The ideal serving temperature is 10°C - 12°C. It pairs wonderfully with seafood meze or grilled fish.
