The fourth generation of the Gatsios family produces Koukoudo Mastiha Liqueur according to the traditional recipe, preserving its unique aroma and distinctive flavor. Its main ingredient is authentic mastiha oil from the Mastihochoria of Chios. A refreshing drink, yet without the syrupy texture, with a characteristic aroma and flavor where the combination of mastiha with citrus fruits is not overpowering. It is served neat or well chilled, but without ice, as the flavor differs when ice is added.
