Dalamaras Winery in Naoussa has an open ruby color in the glass, typical of its variety. Moderate intensity, evolving nose, with ripe damson plum taking the lead and the typical tomato paste of Xinomavro following. Black cherry and blackberry combine with cinnamon and spices as time passes in the glass, while smoky and herbal sage notes gradually emerge.
