Loco Docko is a high-quality tsipouro from Karditsa, made from the grape marc of the Assyrtiko, Agiorgitiko, and Malagouzia varieties. After multiple distillations in state-of-the-art column stills, it rests for six months in stainless steel tanks before dilution and filtration. Aromatically, it offers intensity from the three varieties, flavorful complexity, and a dynamic finish.
