The Ariousios Oenopoiiki Glykazon is a semi-sweet to semi-dry wine with a full body and silky texture. It features a pronounced aroma from the sun-drying of the fruit, combined with spicy notes. It pairs perfectly with local Chian dishes such as braised goat and wine-braised rooster with handmade pasta and shepherd's cheese. It can also be served as a dessert wine with dark chocolate.
